SPEED PROGRAM CONDITIONS

SIGNATURE SERIES Three (3) DAY BOX
1. USTA/OSRC Rules to govern. The O.C.R.A. Stakes to be governed by Ohio Fair Fund Rules.
2. Entrance Fee for Overnight Events will be 3% of advertised purse. The right is reserved to refuse to accept any entry. Declaration for races must be in by 10:00 a.m., TWO DAYS before the race. However, entries for the Signature Series must be made THREE days prior to the race.
3. Money will be divided 50 25 12 8 5 percent.
4. All races must have five to enter and four to start. No more monies will be paid than there are starters.
5. If advertised races do not fill. Race Clerk will try to arrange other races for horses on the grounds.
6. If, in any race, more entries are received than we are able to score in two tiers, we reserve the right to race elimination heats or divisions.
7. Horses are brought on grounds at owners risk. The Association assumes no liabilities for any accident, but will do everything possible to avoid them. O.C.R.A. Membership Cards will be honored at the Gates.
8. Claiming authorization papers must be on file in the race secretarys office before starting.
9. Every horse must have up to date Coggins.
0. Signature Series late closer. Guaranteed purse of $2500 plus entries. The entry fee will be $75. In the event more than 9 entries are declared in to start, the race shall be divided and raced in divisions and each division race for an equal share of the total purse. Each division will race only one heat.
11. SPEED OFFICE WILL BE OPEN ON THURSDAY, JULY 24, 2008 FROM 8:00 A.M. UNTIL NOON, OFFICE WILL REOPEN FRIDAY, JULY 25, 2008 AT 8:00 A.M. UNTIL NOON, AND AGAIN ON SATURDAY JULY 26, 2008 FROM 8:00 A.M. UNTIL NOON.
12. Preble County Agricultural Society, Fairboard and Preble County Commissioners are
not responsible for persons, animals, equipment or accidents on grounds.
