LEGAL NOTICE:
Notice is hereby given that the Preble County Agricultural Society is now accepting bids for the following needs to prepare for and operate a successful 2009 Preble County Fair from August 1st to August 8th.
- Fair admission sales
- Fair parking
- Fair grandstand event ushers and ticket takers
- Fair concert chair set-up and take down
- Electrical services
- Fair trash cleaning and pick up everyday of the fair for buildings and grounds
- Fair dust control with safe handling and spraying of environmentally safe chemicals
- Fair pest control including the spraying for flies and nuisance insects including all buildings and grounds
- Fairgrounds mowing and removal of 19+ acres of hay
Information regarding these items may be picked up at the fair office 9AM-1:30PM M-F or from our website www.preblecountyfair.org. The Preble County Agricultural Society reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
